But making excuses and crying about refs makes you seem whiny. Some people like myself that enjoy a rising program like nc state can be turned off if you cant take a loss with whining.
The more you whine the worse it gets. U gloat over unc which is awesome then cry after tough loss

Horse shite calls. Calvin Dyson Leslie with 7 turnovers by his lonesome. Tyler Lewis can't see above a cricket. But more importantly, those refs need to go back to high school.

No one is whining. Jay Williams, an obvious Duke homer, first comment after the game was, "Wow! What a horribly officiated game on both sides."

Maybe, but to substantiate that you would have to go and look at each crap call and compare them for each team.

One of the commentators mentioned that he thought the refs were doing a good job in the middle of the 2nd half.

Personally? I thought they were pretty picky, but nothing outrageous. And I've seen refs get away with murder when Duke rolls into town...nothing on that level

Mark Gottfried spent ten years at Alabama and probably averaged 2 out of 8 conference road wins a season.

I could never figure out why his teams always played poorly on the road, yet good at home.

Any thoughts in two seasons at NC State?

And don't give me "everyone plays better at home". you know what I mean. look recently, wins at home against Duke and UNC, road losses to Wake and UVa.

We lost to UVA today because Lorenzo brown sprained his ankle and didnt play most of the game and CJ leslie had a stomach flu and was forced to play and had 7 turnovers.

I mean, what do you want me to say. The best two players are hurt and injured and Gottfried hasnt had enough time to fill a full bench. We have 6 legitimate players and then complete junk on the bench left over from Lowe. When you have no depth and sickness and injuries, its pretty tough to win
