Did Bjarnne Cavendish or George Meryxx compete in the sprint? I saw yesterday Greg Landis and Floyd Uhlirch crashed out

I absolutely hate that there is no commercial free world feed this year. Totally ruining the coverage and “feel” for me.
Is it available anywhere at all or is it gone?

Will Mark Cavendish become solo record holder of stage wins? Go get the 35th Cavendish.

Is today the day?

Happy for Cav but Eddy did it the hard way.

And Peacock totally screwed the pooch on that finish. Liggett was past his prime 20 years ago and Bob has always sucked.

I'm sure this is blasphemous to even consider - but does anybody think there's any chance Jasper "let" him win? Was just a little surprised that Phillipsen was on his wheel, but didn't have the power to pass him.
Maybe I'm reaching a bit, just wondered if the thought crossed anyone else's mind...

Who knows but it's not like money changing hands between teams for favors is unheard of.

CAV! Been my favorite rider since I was 10, remember writing a paper about him and his dominance in middle school. Followed him through it all, never in a million years did I’d think he’d break it these last 2 years but man what a story.

it looked like a rider that was immediately behind the crash did a bunny hop over the rider/bike that was on the ground.

Jasper didn’t give him shite. You don’t risk your health every time just to get to the point where you can sprint for the win and give it away. Plus Jasper is Belgian I’m sure protecting that record was something he wanted to do

That was pure speed today. He had to do his positioning alone today because the train was gone. I guess he earned the nickname “the Manx missle” for a reason. Happy for him, but be careful comparing a sprinter to one of the best bike racers of all time. JMHO!

I thought Cav was going to get hemmed in but somehow got the space, moved left and that was it. Didn't look that fast due to the camera angle but all of a sudden he was in front and it was a done deal - pretty incredible.
