Should have required minimum of 8 games to qualify for the playoff.

6 games is dumb.

After 6 weeks last year the rankings were

Bama
Ohio st
Clemson
Georgia

As an LSU fan I’m glad they make teams play more than 6 games

I’m pro-LSU first then pro-whoeverplaysalabama 2nd. I know I’m supposed to be SEC! SEC!, but I can not STAND Alabama. I’m pulling for y’all to beat the brakes off surtain, Moses, and most of all, D smith.

Their roster has been a complete disaster when they finally get to do anything.

Exactly. How many teams have the talent to still win with 22 players out?

Ohio State is lacking game reps and particularly in the defensive backfield where they are so young and inexperienced. That, IMO, will be the achilles heal that gets exposed. You simply can't replace those reps or the learning that comes from them.

Also Notre Dame’s biggest win came against a number 1 Clemson without their starting quarterback who has won them a title and taken them to a second national title. But we still talk about how they beat number one. We just saw how they played them when Lawrence was playing. Literally Notre Dame can thank COVID for not being a two loss team right now. They look by that just because they are Notre Dame.

I think it's fairly obvious after yesterday that the defensive starters who missed the first game had far more of an impact on the game than Trevor Lawrence. Notre Dame was stifled yesterday.

What's yours? 7? 8?

I don't see the big deal as far as the situation goes. Either they lose a close game and they deserved to be in or they get destroyed and it will be great to watch.

I think this year was always going to be Alabama vs Clemson so really 3+ is irrelevant.

Should do away with playoff this year. Let bama and Clemson play. I don’t see the final 2 worthy teams
