2. Officials stated today that there were 2 tazer attempts on the suspect. Both failed. Tazers are not 100%.

I've read most of your posts. You got fired from LE because you sucked at it? bullshite, you've never been a cop. You've never worn a uniform of any type. You pretty much gave it away talking about wounding a dangerous suspect rather than neutralizing the suspect, no matter the distance. Every LE officer is trained to aim center mass. They not trained to aim at fricking feet to disable the dangerous suspect.
