I'll agree that Duke played some solid defense late. Frank was getting the calls he wanted they just couldn't/wouldn't get the inlet pass to him.
That said, pretty easy to know you can slash to the basket anytime you want and no matter the outcome you'll get the foul. Jones and Allen knew it and we're going for the rack every time while Kaminsky was the only one getting those calls on the other side of the floor. If that game is called the same for both teams in the second half Wisc has a chance to turn a 9 point lead into a 15 point lead.

Thats partially my point. Wisconsin wasnt being nearly as aggressive. Was Duke's aggression partially based on them getting some bogus calls? Maybe, but they were doing it. Frank was the only one getting to the rim and getting calls and the either couldnt or wouldnt get him the ball.
