We had our US Open draft last night. I got a crappy draw/ drafting order. Ended up with:

I had a couple of days of vacation to burn, so I'm going to wear out the recliner Thursday & Friday.
The only negative is if Fatso Berman is leading the ESPN coverage I'll have to mute the sound.

Some may lay up short on 3. Left and right is dead.
9 will only play to a 5 iron or less. downhill 235
17 will be difficult having a huge ridge in the green. 200 yards to a front pin and if you go long you will 3 putt.
245 to back pin and if you are short, you 3 putt.
Word is now they will have these greens at 13.5-14....thats like glass

Right. I guess I meant the guys who normally have a huge advantage driving the ball off the tee won't be the favorites since guys who are more crafty and rely on their short game will have a much greater chance

Im not sure driving distance will matter this week. Most of the 290-310 places to land are skinny and have mounds.
