There was a story not long ago in GD about the differnce in the way guys sign signatures now and then.
Having good penmanship used to be a point of pride.

For anyone interested, CBS Sports Network airs "Masters on the Range" at 8:00 am tomorrow morning. I dvr'd it this morning and am watching now. It's just the guys practicing, but they get some interviews and they show more of the grounds that you usually don't get to see.

The dude's name is Bubba? That's not a nickname, or short for something, like Bubbert.

Does anyone else get mad when they see Furyk in the coverage, still havent gotten over the Cup
Posted on 4/9/13 at 10:57 pm to NickyT
Furyk doesn't bother me. It seems like he's a pretty reasonable enough guy.
I felt bad for him with that duck hook last year.
And that putt he choked on too.

His real name is Gerry Lester Watson, Jr.

Never bothered me until then stood over those two putts for 5mins plus and the crowd was giving him the hard time. I know the Cup is a team game but man the way he handled those putts killed me.

Just saw a blurb on the Mickelson Phrankenwood. Calloway says its a fairway wood body with a driver face.
So a 9 degree 2 wood with a 44 inch shaft.
He says it's his new driver going forward.

Great time to be fooling around with drivers.

He made a lot of sense in the presser. He is in love with the XHot fairway woods, so if they can give him a club with the same level of control, but driver distance, why not.
One thin not mentioned is now he will have a club longer than the 3 wood available for off the deck. Could make the 600 yard par 5s later this year on tour very interesting.

He was typical Mickelson with it today. Lots of bombs with a few finding the fairways and a few finding the trees. Saw him hitting it on the range late in the day. Last one out there along with Cink who was working hard all day today.

Doesn't he do this alot? He's like a kid with a new toy.
