I've changed my mind with Tiger, I hope I'm wrong, but he won't win another major.

He doesn't play aggressive enough anymore. Especially when scoring can be had.

ETA: I actually thing his conservative mindset gets him into more trouble than not. He ends up trying to save par instead of firing at pins.

Also, I don't think his mindset has changed over the years, but I think that's where he's gone wrong.

He's been a godawful putter when it counts for years.

I have been trying to tell you. Age and A body that is not what it once was AND NOT having that TIGER FACTOR. Makes a big difference in his game......

While there's some truth to his putter being not as good, it's really the part of his game from 125 and in that is not the same. He doesn't give himself enough scoring chances when he needs them.

Oh yeah well that too. 10 years ago I would have assumed he had torn a muscle if he missed a green with a PW in his hand. He does that shite 3 times a round these days it seems.

My opinion of him has nothin to do with the "tiger factor" or his body.

It has to do with his actual game. He hits it as far as he did in the 2000's and many of his statistics are as good as they were then. 125 and in is where his game is faltering and that includes his short game.

He just doesn't give himself the same scoring chances he did years ago

ETA: as a result he is having to lag putt or save par from awkward places around greens. The best putter in the world, whoever that may be, can only make so many 8-12 foot putts for par before they stop falling.

Tiger sucked on this course 10 years ago and he sucks on it now. It's not a big deal.

If he can win 5 times in 1 year he can win at Augusta, St. Andrews, Valhalla, etc

Like I said, I hope I'm wrong.

I'd love to see him win another major, at this juncture I just don't see it happening.

Wins on the tour don't mean a lot to the guy, he'll break Sneads record next year at some point, then he'll just have majors to shoot for

Does the idea of younger guys getting better not make you think it's becoming less and less likely?

I'm not trolling, I'm being objective. I just don't see him 'getting back' what some guys are about to hit in stride.

His age and the "tiger factor" don't have a thing to do with hitting the ball 125 yards and in.
