she has actually been a wonderful woman to me. We've had some discussions about what would have to happen before we get engaged and we both understand that it most likely won't happen this year.

I'm not in a rush at all believe it or not.

ETA. My first marriage was a shite marriage to a shittier woman. Not sure why we ever got married.

Here is the 2023 link if anyone is interested:

LINK

2024 Financial Goals
1) make more money than 2023 (sales)
2) net worth over $1.44 (20% growth)
3) closer to maxing out all retirement opportunities.

I also want to make sure our family is getting in quality time together as the kids leave the nest.
We had a great 2023 and I'm looking forward to 2024.

I just hit my 2023 net wealth goal.
2024 checkin:
1) my total comp in 2024 is lock step with 2023. Not better. Not worse. But commissionable income is down almost 20% yoy.
2) net worth is up 4% (should be pacing about 7% to keep with goal).
3) on pace to max 401k. Below pace on HSA. On a side note, we did convert traditional to Roth for last year's taxes without hiccups.

2.) Pay off 7k in CC debt (just did a balance transfer to citi bank card)
3.) Start saving towards a vehicle for daughter. 2 years until she gets a car of her own.
4.) Build bank and work credit union savings account into at least 5 figures.
