Hell I just tried to buy 50 dollars of smart chain on trust app so I could attempt to buy some EGC and it declined my payment. I have 37k in that bank acct and all my info was entered correctly so no reason to decline the card I just used it last night at the store and if it gets cancelled for suspected fraud my bank always sends an email to me where I can confirm the payments and they cut it on, I haven’t received any email

I don’t know I guess it’s a sign I should stick to what I’m familiar with

Is the rewards amount in EGC coins or USD?

If it’s in USD then your math is wrong.

You are right. Need to verify.

ETA: I stand corrected. It is ~13 million already paid out in BUSD which is almost 1:1 with USD.

So if I buy $1000 worth of EGC, connect through my MetaMask wallet, how many rewards of BUSD should I expect a day or hour?

Supposedly 8% of all EGC purchases are distributed to all EGC holders to encourage them to not sell their coins or something like that.

My bank called me about my attempt to purchase smart chain they declined the purchase because it was flagged as fraud. That makes me feel so much better about diving into crypto

On ramping to crypto seems like a big hassle from banks. I can understand why. The crypto market is currently $2.6 trillion. That's $2.6 trillion not in traditional banking system. I find it easiest so far to on ramp through Coinbase and just transfer those crypto to other exchanges to remain anonymous.

I don’t think he’s complaining about crypto as much as voicing frustration.

I keep trying to buy on pancake swap thru my trust wallet and it keeps failing. Says unable to estimate gas fees and won't process it. I've only recently delved off into altcoins, so I'm not familiar with what that means. Can someone explain? Thanks

You guys need to research rebase tokens before you ape into shite.

There have been a bunch launched over the last couple of months, and they are designed to always have a pretty chart.

If your slippage is set high, people are able to see your transaction, execute a faster transaction, and slip in front of you.

People automate this process.

Ex: You make a 15 eth purchase using a lower gas amount. I've got a front running bot setup that sees your transaction. Then, my bot buys 10 eth of the same shite using a high gwei setting for a fast transaction. I get my 10 eth buy to go through first, your 15 eth comes in behind me, and I sell behind you and make some money based on the jump in price from your purchase.
