Its unknown. I've just been reading.

I used to really look at the US and never ventured out thought wise with regards to stocks.

Once I realized with ROKU how much there can be to capitalise outside of the US. They appear to have an idea and a good one if they can really become and exchange of currency between countries and people.

I can imagine them replacing Western union to some degree between US and Mexico.

I'm not going to shill for them as I'm not a pumper, but I find it intriguing as an idea and can appreciate a stock that can still be of value succession other parts of the world not named the United States.

Absolutely - I just suggest keeping in mind two things:

1) As far as I understand they have not released the merger agreement nor any financials. We know very very little about Humbl beyond the idea and some advertising.

2) From their press release on the merger, the Humble folks got about 20% of common and preferred that gives them control. The terms of the preferred? Completely unknown. Putting that aside though, by only taking 20% of common that means they left out 80% which is apparently worth billions (per the market cap). Why would anyone given away billions to merger into a defunct OTC shell. You can literally buy an OTC shell for $30-$50k if you search or anything you want for about $500K. Public shells for sale

If someone has the merger agreement, or the financials, or the exact terms - I would greatly appreciate seeing them.

I sold half my position as soon as I possibly could after watching that investor call, seemed like they weren't even trying to make it seem like it wasn't a pump the way they acted like everything they are working on doesn't already exist. Nifty PowerPoint though, I guess. And don't forget, the guy who gave the call was involved in marketing with "big companies" so he knows what he's doing.

Why i held onto the other 50% I don't know. I'm still up significantly though, guess I'll ride it longer in solidarity with you poor saps

Got out today with my somewhat smaller profit. There are much better companies out there with better business models and actual products than these guys. I might jump back in if they actually deliver something this quarter or next.

Between FORW and TSNP if got rid of 2/3 at the top and just sold the rest in the morning today. Every single penny and small cap is getting crushed this week other than randoms and I think it goes into tomorrow. It’s not unique to TSNP at all. Have been selling the garbage off all week and as of this morning I have liquidated 85% of my play portfolio and 50% of my regular stuff and going to wait and see for a little while.

I have about half of my little play stash set aside. Kicking my self for not getting out of TSNP when I was up 300% on a couple weeks , pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered
