wrong. your argument is absurd. Your attempt at arguing is absurd.

Your attempt to communicate at all has been absurd. It's absurd that you've even tried to continue battling after whittling yourself into an absurd painting. You're argument is a tom stoppard play in itself.

You should stop arguing period.

How do you get rich without a high income?

Can someone making 30K a year get rich?

No

Your argument is absurd

It only holds up for statistical outliers while mine holds up for the mast majority of people

And I've conceded that some people are dumb enough to piss away large incomes. But it takes a special kind of idiot to do that. The statistical norm states that people making 700K a year will be rich.

Thus it IS the definitive factor in whether or not one can be rich. Please explain to me how to get rich without a high income.

Take my man who found the 20 mill ten years ago. Who hasn't invested the money.

Income is defined as " the monetary payment received for goods or services" so actually, according to the definition of the word income, that's not even income. But we'll let that slide and assume it is income.

Assuming that he found it 10 years ago. And he hasn't made any money at any time since then. What is his income right now?

$0.

What will he fill out on his US annual income form. $0

that's such a fallacy. People with high incomes also incur high expenses. You're so stupid it's not even funny.

(Ever seen lifestyles of the rich and famous?)

Depends on who you ask

the IRS defines it as

Income is increases in economic benefits during the accounting period in the form of inflows or enhancements of assets or decreases of liabilities that result in increases in equity, other than those relating to contributions from equity participants.

But let's be honest. Money coming in, in any form or fashion is income.

Right

And he'll be in jail for tax fraud

Powerman, you lost a lot of fans after this thread. I can hear them muttering in the crowd:

"Is something wrong with Powerman?"

"I thought you told me he could argue."

"Drugs...it's got to be drugs."

We're looking for a defnition. I said,

"the ability to sustain wealth for a period of time and influence the people around the socially, financially, and econmoically."

and you said, "if he makes 700k"

hmmm.... who's definition is more complete?

Hmmmmmm.....

Through choices of their own. And they do so because they can afford to do so. It's one of the perks of being rich.

you're so fricking wrong.

YOU LOST A LONG TIME AGO. I'm tired of beating your corpse, bloodied by the knives of my own argument.

You're dead in the water, and now alligators are feasting on your argument's floating corpse.

If we took this to a vote of the droppings, you would lose a unanimous decision to me. I'm going to go celebrate now.

Take 'er easy.

Yours

Because you've elaborated on the obvious

It's implied that 700K per year means that income will be sustained over a period of time

If you make 700K a year, you have every opportunity to be rich and only statistical outliers can frick up this type of money.

You're examples refer to something on the order of less than 1% of the population at large

I don't want to jump into this, but what is his average income over those years? It's still pretty high.

absolutely. No problem IF they are willing to sacrific today, for tomorrow.

So it would stand to reason that not only is it possible to get rich on 700K a year, it's pretty fricking easy

Chicken thinks making 700K a year puts you in the middle class

Yeah...I'm the idiot here

2 million a year

The 20 million is still income whether he found it up his own arse or in the ground is irrelevant.

Karma thinks finding 20 million dollars isn't a form of income

That's pretty stupid if you ask me

Louisiana's median income is 9k less than the national average. You're trying to say that someone who makes 400K in LA isn't upper class? That's beyond stupid.

i agree with that.

Why don't we expand this to a section of the droppings that has a bit more intelligent to say on the matter

Ask them if making 700K a year will make you middle class and see what they say
