Closed at $143.66 that day.

Today? $286.31. Doubled in the course of 4 months.

I didn't get in until $213, but I'm still up nicely in that short time. Certainly a great call

ETA: MRNA wasn't my call at the time, it was Skippy1013

ETA2: Looking back at the stocks on the first few pages is a good reminder why you need to diversify and not dump everything into one "sure thing" stock

It seems the best plays right now are large caps, as small, momentum, and growth are really struggling.

CWSFF. A friend told me about Cielo weeks ago. They make high grade diesel from landfill wastes. Still very early

Not to be a slackster but with shares outstanding and price it’s market cap is like 900 million and they don’t have the plant built yet

I’m interested in this stonk because it has lots of green hopium built in and Canada probably gives them money but I don’t see how it’s profitable to make diesel from trash

It’s like when they can just build a fancy thing and capture methane from the dump but the thing is really expensive and natural gas is still 4 bucks a cubic yard

Plus like how are you gonna get Canadians to work at a trash to diesel place. Their illegals are probably like eskimos or something

What’s your price target? I’m willing to buy 10000 shares

I’m el gaucho and you’re watching stonk tank

CWSFF- One of the best selling points of their process is the facility cost. They can build plants for a fraction of the price of traditional hydrocarbon facilities because their process is all low pressure. I.e. thin wall steel is significantly cheaper than the refinery stuff. Their feed stock is also dirt cheap, in some cases free if they haul it away. Like I said, still very early, but they’re expanding rapidly and getting into US soon. The most optimistic price target I’ve seen was $8 by March 2022. Interview with Cielo CEO March 2021

Until government fricks up the taxation I still like MLPs such as EPD

Real estate/cash flow type play that they can jaw about shutting down all day long but — they can’t.

Existing moats benefit these stocks as long as they keep leverage under control

CWSFF: The specs on LS diesel are pretty tight. My guess is they have to compromise on specs in order to take unsorted city crap. They will take the hit on quality in the sales price. Or, they will have to sort the crap out of the city feed. This raises the real cost of the feedstock. I don't see any data on whether anyone actually bought any of their LS Diesel at a market price. They have to blend it on spec. Transportation will eat their lunch on feed and product distribution. I need a lot more data .....Organics aren't "free" everywhere, industry already makes fuel out of the easy organics.

SLI and TDOC long term...and anything semiconductors for the next 1-2 years (although a lot of that is already in the prices)

I've been in SOXX since the end of January. Up ~6%. Expected a lot more, but maybe it'll start moving once we get through this shortage.
