It appears to have established a tradable range between $6.70 and $7.40 for the next couple of weeks.
It seems evident that the institutions that spent $150 million at $6.75 aren't going to let it drop below that level while concomitantly not allowing it to break out.
This, imo is a healthy consolidation for a future buyout, which could be as far as two years out.
I'd love to hear a legitimate long term bear argument for AUPH, because I can't see the downside for voclosporin based on data.

Thoughts on possible good news in April for AUPH to settle the price jump 'waves'?

Did you read about the conference on the 20th? They're supposed to present full data there, and will likely attract larger investors with the increased exposure.

If nothing else it appears the offering has established a near term floor for the stock, as you said. Its a tradable floor IMO.

The only long term bear argument that can be made is that AUPH won't succeed in Phase 3 of their FDA trials.
Otherwise, this company is in position to double or even triple their stock value over the next 3-5 years. They are also a strong candidate to be bought out by a big pharma.
I'm long on AUPH. Their stock price will fluctuate and will hover between 6.70-7.50 until 4/20 when they make their presentation at the National Kidney Foundation on their phase 2b AURA trial.
This is a good company that has found a better drug than any currently available to treat lupus nephritis.

Received an e-mail saying there is a 70% chance Philip Morris International and Altria remerge within 6 months.

I saw it yesterday on ST, and figured with the extremely low float and all of the pumping that it would pop again this morning. Just 525 shares, but that was fun.
It's miraculously holding $1 and the same could happen again?
