When you start to make some serious commission dollars, they bring in a new young upstart to relieve some of the day to day pressure of your existing account TS so that you can gout and land some new large accounts. Once you start to make coin, they find a way to help you not make coin.

In my situation, no one else was brought in. I am responsible for a sales team of 18. However, the company was quick to change our bonus structure because the company paid out "too much."

Many, like myself, feel the company is now paying too little for the amount of pressure that we are constantly put under.

Yea, I'm being micro-managed to the core...getting out very soon.

Hard to explain on here without giving away my employer, but essentially Business Development/Sales.

I do everything for my family business. Marketing, managing, sales.

Sales is the most important job. It can be very stressful knowing how much money HAS to be brought in. As far as wbrz, I love the place and atmosphere. It's night and day to channel 9, they are uptight. Channel 2 is very relaxed and seems like a really cool place to work.

I have done several cooking shows there, I know the producer real well and Whitney vann and John pastorek are always at my catering facility (Boudreauxs ) hosting or attending events.

If I had a choice of stations to work for, channel 2 would be it, no question. I know their past is somewhat strange and sme weird things have happened over the years, but what place hasn't?

Become a marketing rep. Less stress than sales.
