Want to buy leveraged ETF/mutual fund

I tried buying TQQQ last week but I had a message from fidelity that I needed to sign a special disclosure. I understand theses types are funds are more volatile but is there anything I special I need to know before I start trading theses funds?

You need to read up on "contango" before you invest.
