Well I changed my sale at 29 to a stop at 19 to protect myself. Dropped all the way to 20 and held. Got back up into the 23s. Guess I’m gonna hold into next week. If it jumps at all I’ll probably grab profits though. I don’t think it’s gonna sustain this lol the way to the merger. I can see even maybe one or two more dips into the teens.

Hopefully this thing picks back up prior to or after the merger. I'm definitely in it until the merger takes place at a minimum.

I'm actually thinking about picking up more shares today.

Sold the 17.5 puts today for $2.85. Not sure it will go that low but the premium is good. Have no problem owning this at $14.65 avg. if it hits.
If it drops some more I might buy some shares and sell calls against them.

Sold a chunk at a loss today after making 40% on the big swing, then buying back in at 28.

Is this still a good play? It's trending back down before close, figured it may be a good time to buy if it will get north of 30 again.

I really expect this one to take off for a run pre merger or shortly after. I'm in for 190 shares. Big boom or bust potential, but I like the odds for success with Nikola.

I've been reading up on the merger, etc. I came across this guy who thinks the stock is overvalued right now. He thinks it should be around 10 bucks based on their forecasted 2024 sales. It was pretty interesting if anyone is interested. Discalimer, I'm in at a blended cost of $21.00

I can see that point. However the reason it has grown so much is because of the potential the market sees in a company like this. Like I said early it could be a boom or bust, but if its a boom it can be very lucrative to those who are buying in right now. I suggest putting money that you are willing to lose into this as long-term hold.

I agree. I'm just throwing that out there for those that are interested. His point is at this point Tesla valuation is better than VTIQ. I'm in it for the long haul myself, but I don't think I will add any until the merger unless some other news comes out to change my mind. I'm still a noob at researching individual stocks, so I'm still maxing out my retirement fund via work and the rest of this is play money for now.
