Basically just a tour of their facility and not just vaporware. Also his plan is to take down F-150 as most popular pickup truck.

I'm tempted to take some profits, but I only have 40 shares. Up 36%. I told myself I'm gonna let it ride until the merger....so I guess I probably will unless something crazy happens. I wanted to get more if it dropped below 20, but that didn't happen.

I speculate that it will dip, how fast this will happen I have no clue. They haven't even started production yet, although they have 14,000 pre-orders for their electric Semi trucks.
I plan on short selling this stock on its jump close to the merger then either keeping some of my stock or waiting for a dip in the future for the long hold. Then once they actually start producing on the assembly line this has the potential to be a big competitor with Tesla.

Yeah I think there is suppose to be some form of a meeting on 6/8. Either announcing the deal or extending the search

Yeah as a gamble these SPACs are interesting and can be very profitable to get in early. Just have to park the money for a while.
