Does anyone know their cash position? They could have a secondary offering. That’ll drop the price a good 25% quick.

But if they’re losing lawsuits, whomever was right about maybe just declaring bankruptcy to stiff the plaintiffs.

I sold

Too much litigation clouding the picture and I really don’t like the salaries of ceo and other chiefs.

I bought cheniere instead

It will definitely get worse before better. The big sell off started 10/11. The conference call is 11/10…nobody is buying back into this mess before satisfying the 30 day timeout.

I'm in at $13.30. I can't exit at this point. Just holding until Jesus comes it looks like.

Does anyone think this is done tanking? $7.80 sounds good. You can 2x your money if it goes to $15 which isn’t unreasonable with the new plant coming online in Venice.

Their new plant increases net production huge which would make their PE ratio like 6x or 7x with current share price.

Probably not done yet. They already had to disclose one $2bil overrun this year, and construction isn’t getting cheaper. They have another $5 bil in potential legal liability.

The real kicker is the $650mil in profit they claimed this year is the result of selling spot LNG instead of supplying it to their clients to get 3x the contracted rates which resulted in the arbitration. They won’t be able to pull that rabbit out of a hat again.

Their forecasted ebitda listed on their last earnings call is $6.6 bil for 2025. That’s about what Cheniere was a year ago. Implying a 2x potential gain.

I’m watching a new $30B project being erected for VG.

Not concerned at all

That could be more cause for concern

These people burn through money like it’s tissue.
Throw in the lawsuits and it would be good to be careful with VG

Moderately hopeful for tomorrow's earnings so I can get out of this stock by January.

Pre market @ $8.60 65k volume. That is a lot of volume for VG pre market.

I don't think the arbitration issues will be that big of a deal in the long run. They wont be paid in cash but in product over time.

I wouldn't sweat that.

I'm not sweating, I am positioning myself for the long term on this(for now at least)

I have been able to buy at a discount the past few weeks and have gotten down to a sub $10 average.

The street hates this company for some reason. They either don't like Sabel or hate its mission. Not real sure.

Now it's negative again. This stock is terrible even on positive news.

Wow - That earnings pop didn't last long. Heading downward on heavy volume.

I didn’t understand the excitement for the earnings. They’ve rapidly ramped up their output, yet continue to pair pack revenue projections. I highly doubt the original group that bought into this in the $20’s expected $.16/sh in earnings at this stage.

That said, hitting the $7.50 threshold again would be a compelling place to start DCAing again.
