$TXTM: The Return of the OTC

Summary:
TXTM (Protext Mobility) has reverse merged into RSAMMD (Republic of South Africa Medical Marijuana Dispensaries)

What they have:
- The largest Marijuana farm in the world
- Proprietary technology for oil extraction from plants that is more efficient by 300%

Business model:
- Cultivating and exporting industrial hemp
- Cultivating, extracting, processing, and direct sale to market of CBD oil

To bring all of this to market as a public company they are not persuing an IPO option. They reverse merged RSAMMD (the farm) into TXTM (the company with the extraction technology). The CEO has stated that there will be NO reverse split.

Sounds cool tell me more:
So they have the largest weed farm in the world, and they have this cool technology. Give me some numbers.

We don't have numbers yet. The recent pump was from the announcement of the RM. But here's what we know.

The farm is 1,000 hectares.
1,000 hectares = 2,471 acres.

Each acre yields 1,200kg of harvest.
2471 * 1200kg = 2,965,000kg total harvest

The current spot price of wholesale cannabis is
$1,114/lb which equals $505/kg

2,965,000kg total harvest multiplied by 505 =
$1,497,426,000 REV per crop

Two crops per year = $1.497B * 2 = #3.0B

A reasonable price to sales multiple of 2.674 based on Curaleaf in Canada

So RSAMMD projected market cap should be $8.01B, or a stock price of $1.02


(And it gets even better as RSAMMD expands from 1,000 to 5,000 which they have plans for the stock price should rise from $1.02 to $5.10).

VERY IMPORTANT HAPPENING:
So we have this farm, we have a private company going public, the CEO says they want uplisting to the NASDAQ in record time. But what are the numbers?

Well it was announced on Friday that they will be presenting at THIS conference... TOMORROW 6/22




So tomorrow the CEO has said they will divulge numbers and answer questions submitted to them, there will even be live chat portions. But tomorrow most of us who have been invested in and following this company for quite some time believe that tomorrow will be the big day when numbers are finally revealed.

Today was the first day where there on the Level 2 there seemed to be some institutional action; and we had been up big for 5 days in a row and just broke even today. We believe this company has finally caught MM attention and they are watching. And made a big move to get in today before the conference begins tomorrow.






Tomorrow will be TXTM's "Hello World" moment.
