I just joined the party.

Constantly making the same comment about $6.5b companies not supposed to be penny stocks isn’t doing that.

Where did I say I wasn’t?

And therein lies your fricking ego. Thanks for the oversight, dad. Go sit on one for us all pal.

They’re not. $6.5B puts you on the verge of being one of the top 500 public companies in the US. I’m genuinely not sure if Brian Foote is a genius or an imbecile. He either took a $21MM company to this point in what has to be record time, or he he accepted pennies on the dollar for a not so small part of his company.

I think his questions about the company are valid and welcomed.
Yes, they are.
The fact that he’s been asking the same questions for days now, getting the same non-answers or answers he doesn’t like, and continues asking the same questions is not. It’s just shitting up the thread.
And he’s fully aware the answers he’s looking for don’t exist at this point: Good luck reading anything correct with TSNP and/or FORW. Seriously. They’re very, very light on details about anything.

Its great that we are all making money on this thing right now, but his points (as I take them) are that we need to be cautious
If it was up to slackster the stock would still be sitting at or around $0.17/share because it’s not behaving the way he thinks it’s supposed to. He doesn’t give a shite about anything else.

That dip sure was yummy on that confusing TSNP / HUMBL company. AT picked up 50K. shares ...seat belts buckled. MOONSHOT on de way! GL

I got trade restricted on TD for PDT. So fricking stupid that I have to have 25000 in my portfolio to day trade. Just let me use my cash and let me go HAM

. I’m asking the questions any sane person should ask - what am I missing?

But isn’t it just an idea at this point? App is in beta testing, I believe. They’re pre-revenue as best I can tell.

Of course it is if you understand what he is really asking.
I understand perfectly fine that he’s asking what normal indicators and fundamentals exist to justify the activity and predictions for the stock.
I also understand perfectly that he cannot handle the fact that the activity around this stock isn’t based normal indicators and fundamentals at this time.

You mean where I said and didn’t care about not seeing the company’s financial statements as I watch the price continue to climb? That means I’m not interested in learning more about the future prospects of the company?

No to both.
Are you another poster on this website that lacks reading comprehension and basic vocabulary skills?

Did HUMBL receive way too little value at merger for what the company was worth and the true value is being reflected in the markets? Is it somewhere in between like a lot of crypto where there is an element of pump with a potential to realize the idea and be a disruptive force in the marketplace?

Aren’t these questions you want to consider?

Everyone and their brother on Wall Street has a 9-11 digit SPAC just waiting to throw money at any idea under the sun, yet a penny stock consultant with his own penny company and 13k Twitter followers puts TSNP in touch with a company that was 4 months away from being valued at $6.5B.
There is a hole in that story and I’m just trying to figure out what it is.

I'll defend you to a point, because what you are saying is technically true to my knowledge, and sound fundamentally to be asking.
You are welcome to sit on the sidelines and wait for the testing to be complete, products to be fully rolled out, and revenue to hit the books. More than welcome. Your questions/concerns are noted.
Some of us are willing to swim out in the deep end knowing the water is cold for now and there is no life raft.
There are a few approaches to this thing, each can always question the other.

I've also been trade restricted today on TD which is crazy because I have a large sum of cash available.
BTW I predict that TSNP will finish up at the 1.55 range by the close today.
