No question is a dumb question, just looking for more info is all. I’m setting and forgetting til 2028 at least. I’m thinking way beyond that though.

Needs to be monitored, high fees in a cyclical business. First sign of of weakening demand will erode the profit margins very quickly.
You are buying an etf with basically exposure to 3 main companies micron, sk hynix and Samsung. I would argue it would better to own direct than to pay their fees
