TDOC to buy LVGO

At about a 10 % premium to yesterday’s closing price. A bit pissed as now two of my portfolio winners become one, so may have to sell some shares to diversify now.

Depends on if you think LVGO will keep climbing or if you think TDOC will have better results until then. I would hold for the time being and see how both respond.
