LVGO's earnings were going to make my pants tight and my wallet full...and now this shite
Yep, same here.
I guess the bright side is it's still amazingly even on the week and that TDOC+LVGO will be a powerhouse.
Still think LVGO played it's cards too soon.

Bought more TDOC before the bell. Glad to see it go up a bit during AH.

And I personally bought my last batch under $60 in March. So I'm not worried at all. Roku has a market cap of 19B. The growth potential is there

Cgrand, OTRK is starting to move!

I sold my LVGO up 42% and I am not sure what to do now. TDOC is pretty low right now. Would it be the right move to go in on TDOC?
I don't know how the merger will work.

Your LVGO shares will convert to TDOC at 0.59 shares for every LVGO shares and $11 cash for each LVGO share. My understanding anyway. I think it will rebound, but I’m curious.

morning all, it’s a new day with new opportunities.
let’s review the carnage:
-my FSLY losses are substantial but all on paper. I am not going to whine about a short term dip on a stock I am still up over 200% on. To have captured that loss I would have had to sell my position and incur short term capital gains anyway
-LVGO and TDOC are rebounding this morning. Same situation on paper with FSLY, still way up and the future is promising.
-the only loss of capital I had is on my 350 LVGO purchase yesterday. I should have waited but I didn’t. In any event I am down a real loss of $4.00/share. That is the number I need to recoup in the coming days elsewhere
-SQ, ETSY, SE all at all time highs. All have been very good purchases.
-NVTA recovered post earnings dip
Let’s see what happens today.
DDOG earnings upcoming

quote:According to my trading screen FSLY is down to $90/share or almost -18% this morning in pre-market trading.
LVGO and TDOC are rebounding this morning. Same with FSLY
Is my pricing messed up?

no I meant same with FSLY that my losses are on paper other than the shares I bought yesterday. Clarified my post

Anyone has a definitive answer to the conversion of LVGO to TDOC at the end of the year? Heard it was at 0.59 TDOC plus cash as of close on Aug 4, and hearing it’s 0.59 TDOC plus cash at time of merger in December. Hopefully, they will clarify during conference call.
Also, how bullish are we on OTRK?

I think they will clarify on conf call.
IMO the deal makes much more sense based off closing price on 8/4 and # of shares. To structure a deal based on closing price on an undecided date is extremely strange. What is to stop everyone from piling in a week before merger date for the $11 premium? Makes no sense
I think the deal is a lot better than a lot of the twitter people believe but I definitely understand their frustration bc LVGO still had a large run in it. I think people are just pissed they cashed out at 300% gains and not 1000%. LVGO/TDOC is a great partnership in the long run.
IT's good to see our girl cybercash28/madmarket still championing it

So what is the smart move here? I'm new. I was hoping to hold on to LVGO for a while.

I sold some LVGO yesterday at $155 after the price shot up and started to come down. I am holding the rest until we get clarity on the deal.
I bought TDOC right around $200 yesterday and am inclined to add more if it goes below $210. I don't think I will add more to LVGO at this point.

I sold LVGO yesterday too. TDOC is at 202 right now.
It is 217 "before hours". I am not sure what that entails if I were to buy in.
