Looks like the first hour sellers are back. I prefer that to the all-day sellers we've had recently.

So what are thoughts on why Apple has been heading down? Just wondering since though they are trading somewhat high to their PE (comparing to others) they are a solid bet. Them announcing opening up all their stores.
Goes down much more?

AAPL tends to rise and fall with iPhone sales.

And old client and friend who has traded Apple successfully for years has his formula. He sells Apple on the hype cycle and buys on the actual results.
fixed.

Ok so I know we spoke about pre-market movements yesterday, and how to get in on market open. This one is up 5%+ in pre-market.
How are ways someone should look at getting in this morning, and not lose out if the gate? Just wondering if I put in a buy order at open chance I'm behind the eightball as the rate increase. Or should be looking at the price at being what the pre-market price is?
Hope that makes sense. My bad for the confusing been questions

if you wanted to scalp the 5% premarket gain you should have bought at the close yesterday and sell the open this morning. there are no guarantees
if you buy GOGO at the open this morning put a hard stop on it

the problem with buying after hours is the lack of liquidity.
the bid/ask spread can frick you up
sell after hours, buy market hours

I’ve never been a big fan of market orders at the open on anything other than very large companies. The price action a stock that has popped or dropped significantly in premarket can be relatively wild in the first few minutes.
It’s just anecdotal, but I feel like you can get a better price if you wait a little into those first 30 minutes.

Thanks. Just trying to make sense of it all, as I'm trying to learn. I appreciate it.

I purchased some more gogo after hours and ended up cancelling the order this morning. I’ll let it settle out this morning and decide if I want to buy more.
