Going to try to load up on warrants tomorrow morning. Glad I waited a little. I was going to split capital between SRNGU and RBAC.

ERES is suppose to be an energy play. That said, SPACs have taken a heavy beating. So ugly I’m scared to open my portfolios.

Then clearly don't understand SPACs, now is the time to SPACs before they have announced a deal. They are trading much closer to trust than they were even two weeks ago and you can buy the stock (and some case units) around $10 and have unlimited upside with very limited to zero downside.

Not sure what anything I said would suggest I don’t understand SPACs. SPACs have taken a beating and that’s a fact. And yes, if you’re willing to wait, there is plenty of value to be had right now if you are willing to buy and hold. You’re reading something that’s not there.

The whole idea of SPAC is that you can buy for $10/unit and not matter what you can get your money back.

Them taking a beating recently is a good thing as you can buy them now much closer to trust - that should entice people to take positions not scare them away. If this were any other assets class getting beaten up i generally do advise not trying to catch a falling knife but since there is a built in floor on SPACs now is the time to buy.

Agreed. I'm looking at HAAC at $11.1. So like 10% downside compared to other tech stocks? I'm all in!

Thanks for stating the obvious. You're still arguing a point that hasn't been made.

My point is don't buy much above $10 in the first place and you will never be scared to open your portfolio.

BREZ is targeting oil and natural gas if that's the type of energy play you're looking for. I don't imagine that target industry would gather much excitement though. I snagged warrants 0.77 today hoping they'll pivot to wind energy.

Anyone like CLOV? Has been beaten to absolute hell lately. Not in it but have been watching the slow nuke.

Never did. Allegedly failed to disclose a DOJ investigation giving SPACs a bad name. They also have poor earnings. $10 floor is gone after merger and the will have much difficulty getting back there imo.

Interesting SPAC to keep an eye out for OUTRU

Raphael Roettgen is an early investor in SpaceX (not going spac) among other space companies.

Not out yet. Just filed today. I'm sure you'll hear it getting hyped around when it's available.

Never did like clov after digging around their website.

Rumors of IPOE/Sofi having vote or merge on or around April 9th. They have screenshots of emails that say that. Looked legit and said they are just waiting on the SEC.

I typically don't buy SPACs above 11 and warrants over 2. But congratulations on all your speculative buying if you're doing just fine during this time.
