I’m really not sure what she could do at this point …. The lack of communication over the private raise was concerning to many
Something obviously is going to have to be communicated over the next four weeks
Or maybe they don’t care if this thing drops down to basically a dollar

Yeah, I thought about that as well just because of how strain the relationship is between the US and Canada
Why this company was ever headquartered in Canada when the technology was produced right in good old Kansas USA
I will never know
And I get it some posted it was because of the mineral lobby that Canada has but is been a disaster trying to get this company to the states

This is not uncommon. Companies make the decision and then go ahead. Shareholders don't like it and usually the price goes down a bit and then comes back up. If you recall, they announced that they were having investor meetings a week or so beforehand and that Canaccord was part of that, so the raise should not have been a surprise.
I would say that they will probably do another round of fundraising when they do an IPO on the NASDAQ exchange, but I would hope they are more clear about the purpose of the additional fund raising, as they will no longer be constrained by exit taxes after the redomicile.
As far as what Kjirstin could do, she can either tell them to be patient and wait until the redomicile is over, or release some material announcement that will stop the bleeding, but not necessarily cause the stock to go up too high. For example, she could announce the Bellville groundbreaking date and who they will be using to do the construction.

I understood this, too. I'm guessing they don't want to barely clear the bar, though. I would think they want to be solidly in the qualifying zone so they don't have to worry about delisting when making business decisions.

Am I correct that Canada would want their taxes on a Redomicile.
Is there an exit fee related to the price.
Maybe they wanted tk show that the stock can easily get to 4. But there is a benefit in lowing the price for less redomicile pain.
