Interesting comment about the Canadian stock holders getting potentially hosed in the redomicle….obviously if that is a possibility it would explain a lot about the steep sell off
“Well, then I would suggest you just don't understand all the issues HGRAF is facing such as tax related issues for Canadian shareholders which I believe is the reason redomiciling and NASDAQ listing is being pushed back in time. If you were a fortune 500 company already you could have all the lawyers you need to know ahead of time of the Canadian Tax issues. How much Godly omniscience do you expect from the CEO and founder of HG than she has demonstrated? It is my understanding that the tax issue required some corporate restructuring to keep Canadian investors from being hozed by their own government when HG redomiciles. That has taken time, but they are getting there. The short sellers will be smoked out of existence in due course.”
