99.9 % of the CPA firms won't take liability if an error occurs and 100 % of bookkeeping services won't take liability at all.
CPAs hate doing payroll! its a burden and the ones that are doing it for a majority source of their rev. will probably lose their clients to other firms who offer more of a full suite

I've got 6 full time and 3 part-time employees. We use our CPA for payroll and it is much more convenient and stress free than before when we did payroll in-house. If you don't stay right on top of it, you can overlook a tax payment or some other payroll tax and then it's just a headache to get it caught back up!

You will have to make your 8109 deposits, and file your 941 on the first month following the end of the qtr. in addition you will have to file a 940(dealing with FUTA).
What no EFTPS for deposits?

If we are recommending payroll services, then I would consider Payroll Plus as well. Payroll Plus

We use quickbooks where I am at. It is very simple and you can also use it to write checks for everything, not just payroll. It also has many other features on it that is useful for a business to operate.

That would explain why their site is down so much and our employees can't clock in or out and then the managers have to go do everything manually once the site is up. Seriously.

Hell yeah, and they have to use EFTPS if taxes are over $200,000 for the 2nd succeeding calendar year. Alot of small business clients in the range from 1-3 employees like the idea of using 8109 coupons. Why? beats the hell out of me.
