None. I get paid to complete projects by a deadline and for those projects to work they could give a shite less how long I'm in the office or what I'm doing at my desk lol.

BTW, while I am thinking about it, you will probably make about the same this year as last year from an overall post-tax standpoint.
Your one-time bonus would have been taxed at a higher bracket than the raise will. I am no CPA or accountant so I can't give exact numbers but the bonus was 100% taxed at a higher rate.
