SEC going to semiannual earnings?

Reduces some volatility in the markets imo. However not sure it makes much difference. Any argument about short term vs long term strategy seems like a stretch. 6 vs 3 months is just short term I don't care what business you are in.
Only thing is it saves businesses money. That seems to be the only real takeaway

The argument is that it saves companies money. I personally like the quarterly reports.
This is really just part of the mission to dismantle the regulating agencies, which I’m against.
