because musk is an evil globalist building an environmental catastrophe and had convinced some idiots it was all good. now, folks are starting to see through it all.

they mentioned this on CNBC this morning. I briefly caught that it was an all stock deal and what Tesla is paying equals to like 25 something a share. It was down close to 6 percent at the time.

Because solar stocks are only making money due to subsidies and the subsidies won't last forever?
Solar isn't a great investment while oil is cheaply produced?
Because the terms of the deal was shady in that Musk was basically bailing out a failing solar company with his more successful project in Tesla?

Deal has been in the public markets fora while just wasn't official....buy on rumor sell on fact.
