Scratch.fi is in financial trouble due to computer issue.

I have a home equity loan through them. They sent me an odd email about paying off my loan early and they’ll give me 30% discount on my loan. Also it seems they’re having technical issues and didn’t collect any payments last month. Further I can’t log in to my account to even confirm what they’re saying.

Are you sure this isn’t some kind of scam email? Have you contacted them on their actual website and confirmed it is real? Where would your payments have gone if it wasn’t to them?

Did you go to their website in your own or did you click the link in the email they sent you?
If the latter, someone has your login and password info now

Their portfolio will be sold, so unless something crazy happens that time-bars the debt collection, you're still going to owe.

They bought the loan last year.
Yes I went directly to their website to attempt to log in. There log in uses 2 factor authentication. The website doesn’t process past the ID input page.
No money has left my bank account so I’m not out any money yet.
