Revisiting 2013 planning, 2 weeks before go live

I am revisiting an earlier thread I started LINK regarding 2013 budgeting. Have any of you made any last minute adjustments for next year? Are you planning on finding a new field of work, extra jobs, or learning investing strategies?
My overall mentality going into 2013 won't differ much from the last few months. My main goals still going forward are work on revising pieces of my budget spreadsheet to improve data analysis. I also will be focusing more on maxing out retirement funds and allocating remaining cash to long term goals of purchasing a house, car, emergency, etc...
I wouldn't be opposed to the addition of a few last minute suggestions that might be introduced in this thread.

The pending changes in tax rates make it imperative to re-evaluate your retirement savings plans. Your overall objective, a specific standard of living in retirement, should not have changed, but how you get there may need to be changed. The benefits of a traditional versus Roth savings plan have changed, and you might consider re-allocation of funds from one type of plan to the other.

What extra measures will you be taking to reduce your taxes as much as possible?
