I'd up them!

On the other hand, my discretionary spending has plummeted so I have more cash on hand

You can buy shares cheaper now than you could a month ago. Seems like you would be increasing them, if anything. Especially if you have a long horizon before retirement.

I just increased my 401k contribution. I'm trying to get all $19,500 in by June.

I just logged in for the first time in years, I think my Asset Allocation sucks. Pretty much 50-50 split company stock and black rock lfpth 2045.

Ouch, its down almost 40%

Down almost 40% from what? You haven’t logged in for years. It should not be down 40% from five years ago. Probably up from five years ago.

Down 33% since Jan 31st..I misspoke. Idk what the balance was from 5 years ago because the plan switched from Fidelity to TRowe. It's definitely grown since then, but not by much now

I know everyone is in the same boat, I just thought this would be a good time to spruce up the ole 401k and make adjustments to fit the current circumstances.

What happens if you lose your job because your company goes under?

People dont understand the concept of diversification.
I'm bullish on my company, but every time my stocks vest, I sell immediately.

Does this apply for a 403B as well? Can someone explain how this is advantageous? Thank you!

Then your job security is great, and your recurring source of income is not affected...
