Publicly traded companies focused in multifamily and build to rent (BTR)

I live in North Carolina and the amount of renters is crazy out here. I like BTR to the long haul because much of the population isn’t doing what they need to in order to buy homes. What are some good companies that are focused in rentals like multifamily and BTR? Don’t have much exposure in RE in my playing around money
