Yep. I will say this. I was on a VC with our chartering guys yesterday. For the moment the rates are holding and it didn't sound like there was any imminent drop. However from what I have learned with the shipping industry is the market will shoot up like it has and when you least expect it, it will blind side you and go into a lull just as you suggested. Especially with summer coming which is a typical dead period for shipping. I would take your profits while you can.
