its funny after a million nfts there are like 8 eth projects with big plans. For solana maybe 3 or 4. I think some of these things could go off a few years from now or less. I dont believe the blue chip narrative yet, but just the white lists allocations can pay for the nft it took to get in the club. It will all be luck, but people love these too much for it to die off. i won a @projectnanopass today, it should do half an eth+

Thanks for the heads up. I didn't get a sub <5000 ticket so I figured I wouldn't have a chance at a property. Not sure I am on board long term but figured I'd at least get one since that was the whole purpose of me buying a ticket. Looks like the Residential buildings have a 4.4 floor
