I've jumped in, but the pond is deep and wide. You'll certainly have to d a deep dig into projects your looking to get into. The sure fire bets will cost you big just to mint either from gas or dutch auction format. So, yur left finding the ones that start smaller and build. They are 1000 percent out there, but they move fast and you have to dyor
ETA: I've already cost myself a few hundred dollars trying to be cheap with gas. Just wait to mint/buy or pay the suggested gas fee. trying to frick with gas costs will just feed the pockets of others while you get nothing.
ETA2: if you're hoping for fast liquidity and gains ETH may not be where you want to be. I love the projects i'm holding, but I don't expect to trade them real soon. You gotta pick well/ get lucky from the under the radar ones to get fast gains because the easy ones to pick cost a fortune to get into at the start.

the sol returns have been higher on the blue chips but it's so far and few between. the ether nfts move a little slower. check out the fully on chain generative art with game programmed into the contracts.
i would guess one would be wise to hold at least something on eth unless we see the flippening happening 100%
watch all the metamask mint tips on you tube tinkering with the fees to get a hot one. kaijukingz has a public phase tomorrow but the gas will be nuts. it's fun to watch the whales play gas war on the big mints.
i'm having fun with my on chain staking game upping rarity on one nft and then farming future mint tokens with another. then when my rarity is up i will farm with it. this will allow me to mint another. then i go back to training to up the rarity more.

Thanks again. Yeah, these posts just confirm that I need to do a ton of research first. I can flip SOL NFTs pretty easily but it seems like ETH is a different ball game.

If you want a bit of a tweener. wicked penguin bone club is a =n eth base nft group with good maps and huge following that dropped their first sol project tongith and still has some good deals on Alpha. Check percentages of traits. I just snagged a couple.

so im goin to start doing some STX nft drops; STX is one of the first L2s of bitcoin.
short thesis is that eventually bitcoiners will see value in nfts and these could become valuable etc with high demand; this is my first experience on bitcoin L2 so not sure what to expect so could be very rough

i heard kucoin had most of theirs staked 
but yeah the ust function is still nice
these orc mint tokens i'm earning 2.XX every 4 hours. are selling for .9 eth for 2 rn on sudoswap. so have 2 staked nfts guaping every hour. makes me nervous. max 2 or 3 more days it can go on.

Yep. FTX won't list projects that pay royalties for that reason.
