Define "knowing your shite" as it relates to crypto investing. I am curious what makes someone a trusted crypto adviser.

Experience, time in the game, knowledge of the tech

Isn't that redundant when you list experience?

knowledge of the tech
Knowledge of blockchain? That's a very generic answer when blockchain is pretty easy to read about and educate yourself about.
In short, your previous statement about the "OGs knowing their shite" is silly because crypto investing is still 99.9% speculation.
I do agree that no one should pay attention to the shilling OWS does but you and others are being total hypocrites about it because you all got upset when I pointed out that the shilling here previously needed to slow down because you have no idea who would follow your advice and to what degree in such a speculative investment such as crypto.
So if you say this about OWS...
quote:
are more for the newbies to be aware rather than coming in here blindly following someone who sounds like they know their shite i.e. OWS
And are still butthurt about the previous pumping here being slowed down by Chicken then you are a complete hypocrite.

That's on you guys for choking out the entire board of other discussions.

You do realize that's what happened to the other posters here not interested in crypto when every thread on the front page was about crypto? People are being a bit of a hypocrite to complain about that but were OK with it when roles were reversed.
I agree that keeping it to one thread might be over the top, but there needs to be a happy medium and there wasn't. Crypto literally killed all other discussions here at the end of last year. So many crypto threads were completely redundant and a waste like "buy this and thank me later!" that I don't think Chicken had much of a choice but to contain it somehow.

Is anyone else having trouble logging into Binance?
Posted on 2/9/18 at 9:54 pm to GRTiger
You sound really butthurt. You also aren’t crypto savvy, you were giving dumb and cringy opinions in that OT thread the other day.
Chicken should just burn this whole thread down.

Looks like Binance is down. Cant even get on through my phone.

I sound butt hurt? I'm busting TTTs balls for literally posting how nobody but him knows shite in this thread anymore.
What advice did I give and in what thread? I usually make it a point to avoid advice when it comes to crypto. I remember I answered a question on the OT. Can you quote the advice?
You coming to the defense of your buddy by calling me butt hurt is ironic.

Use us.binance.com. The main domain is getting swamped.

And now for something completely different....
Bitgrail has just mini-Gox'd. Millions of XRB just gone.
There were warning signs for awhile.
Owner is claiming a "hack". Uh huh

One of our contributors was caught up in this and saw the writing on the wall. Can't recall the poster.

Has anyone looked into Loyakk and concluded anything other than scam? I like B2B systems the most, so I was intrigued, but other than the mention in my crypto group, one Bloomberg article that alleges all these partnerships, and the founder's connection to LSU (which is solid gold of course), I can't find shite.

I bet that wouldn't have happened to him had the smart OGs aka crypto savants been here to lend their godly advice to us mere peasants.
