SEC Chair Clayton said today that every ICO he's seen is a securities offering.

If we can just hold relatively steady this evening and overnight, one more big day during regular trading hours could be a good sign.

agree. I just want us to stay >700 most of the evening, maybe clipping upper 600s during the normal early AM trough.

If youre going to drop like a significant amount of fiat, 12am-5am is generally when troughs occur unless there are unusual runs/bull markets

That's probably what I'll do. I'm not putting a ton into it. I'm actually going to purchase some more xlm and xrp.
