This dip is hurting Nvidia as if they have anything to do with crypto

I am OK with it because maybe I can snatch up some January or February options for cheaper

ETA: It's also hurting Square Inc all because they allow bitcoin transactions. About to buy a few hundred shares if it keeps going down.

Wish I would have shorted Long Island Iced Tea after their announcement yesterday and their 300% gain. They are down today too. As are the other recent newly crowned "blockchain" companies like RIOT and LFIN

Don't be confused. I was an early bitcoin fanboy on here along with Wiki. I used to mine back in the day. Just got away from it when the hash was beyond the electrical cost.

Nvidia stock has had a great run this year and their growth had more to do with the use of their products in AI servers than with their personal gaming GPUs and those GPUs are what people use to mine crypto thus this crypto downswing shouldn't hurt them that much.

ETA: AMD is the more efficient mining card also and what most people use.

They're fricking terrible. A buddy of mine just pointed out the fact that former homeland security agents are involved now. Fishy, Fishy.

Other than https://gemini.com/? None that I would use. No LTC though.

I have started using Gemini and transferring my ETH into www.binance.com.

Good luck.

For what? To get fiat into the market Gemini is another option. Once in and purchased some BTC you can transfer to Bittrex and Binance for purchasing alt coins.

So I have two PC set ups. One has a Titan Xp and one has a 1080p. I figured I would just let them both mine all weekend and see what happens. I checked out the hash rates I can get with both of them and put them into a calculator

I will still do it and hold whatever I mine this time but that's $2000 worth of GPUs running to make $4 per day.

Hopefully someone in here can answer this: how do large bitcoin holders unload their coins? Say you have 150+ coins and you sell them on the exchange, does the money get deposited into your account? How does the IRS not jump all over this?

Yes, to transfer to Binance. Getting pretty sick of Coin Base’s shite.

ETA: thanks, I’ll give Gemini a shot.
