All these dudes are clueless pretending they know something. You would do better making your own predictions.
I just looked at his tweet about 15 mins ago and this was his last tweets:
-- Warning: $NEO now approaching close of symmetrical triangle. Could just do more sideways or delayed moon, but also be whales planning dump.
-- Use stop losses now if you're not already. If it dumps it will likely fall all the way to .0077 support.
So basically it can go sidways, moon or dump

I believe charting analysis has its place and may identify situations where high probability outcomes are expected (when done right).These burger flippin mofos draw a few lines claiming TA when they are right, but always whales manipulating when they are wrong.
