Someone walk me through getting NEO like I'm 5 or link me to a post doing that please. I'm up a little over 100% in ETH so I'd probably want to put some into NEO.

If you have not opened GDAX account yet do that. It's a coinbase company. I alway transfer from coinbase to GDAX as soon as I purchase because you can set buy/sell limit orders on GDAX. Transfer to Bittrix exchange (you have to open account there). Find a pairing of NEO/ETH and put in limit order.
Personally, I opened an account on coinigy.com and it let me hook all my accounts together so I just put my order on coinigy and it processes them for me on the other exchanges. Don't have to have so many open tabs. Personal choice.

I've got a gdax. Is there any good site to track the price of NEO real time? The problem with exchanges except for Gdax is that the interface is awful.

I'm not good with the charting so can't speak to how good they are. I see youtubers use the tools on the exchanges themselves and coinigy has tools also.

I use Blockfolio. You can track all your holdings to the penny.
