im looking into it more, im skeptical but keeping an open mind.

for right or wrong, an immediate market cap like that makes me question its legitimacy.

with that said, i do appreciate the idea of the tangle as an alternative to the blockchain.

I know I've given yall a bunch of shite, but I don't have any problems fundamentally with BTC and ETH. I see a lot of people talking about buying other coins. But please be careful with some of these other coins, this space is full of scam artist, just do your research and even then its incredibly complicated and fools quite a bit of smart people.

yes indeed. i do think we are on the verge of seeing a lot of scammers with all these ICOs where the developers will get huge paydays and the investors will be left holding huge bags

then the ethics of ETH/BTC will indirectly be questioned as a result

Completely agree. Only hold coins that you truly believe in and understand the tech. Look into their team etc.

Anybody getting into this with money they can't lose is an idiot. These alt coins are a gamble, be prepared to lose a lot of what you put in

I'm 24, single, and money is not an issue. Figured now is as good a time as ever to have fun with my play money. Really like Ethereum and Iota, none of the other alts have piqued my interest enough to warrant investment

Yeah, I'm in a position to not have to worry about the money I'm putting in. I'm in a high risk taking mood right now, so I'm in. Eth and a few alts and we'll see what happens

$XRB is like $IOTA but with a fair distribution (no ICO) and a low market cap ($3m). Zero fees, instant and a known developer (Qualcomm).

Sold half my coins. Decided I might as well take some profit. I've got some skin in the eth game still but was getting nervous with bubble press picking up and sideways trading going on. I've been the penny stock bag holder one too many times.

I already sold off some to get my initial investment back, so I'm free money right now. Just waiting for the bubble to burst so I can buy more eth
