30%-40% drawdowns are normal during a bull run. We are close to 30%.

At 35%-40% I'll push in with size.

Putting one of my rentals on the market this week so I can buy more.

Might be a tough week ahead for the robin hooders. What has the world come to when BTC, TSLA, and NVDA, drop in unison? All those margin accounts fleeing back to defensive plays like GME could get entertaining.

Yeah I am getting crushed all around.

Net worth down like 500k between BTC and TSLA.

At least it has given me motivation to crush it this year with the biz.

Nice bounce off the PCE data.

Looks like we might avoid a dip to 75k for now

As long as you understand (and I know you do) that these are simply unrealized losses, you're still in good shape as long as you don't sell. I think I recall you said you have been in Bitcoin since 2016 or 2017. When Bitcoin is an order of magnitude higher, you'll look back and say you remember 2021 and 2025 when you withstood big unrealized losses, held strong, and now you are much wealthier because you understood and believed in Bitcoin and knew it would go much higher in the long run. Just like CZ recently tweeted that Bitcoin will see much negativity and headlines when Bitcoin falls again after crossing $1M. I'm sure it will have several more big drops on the way to $1M. I understand that and have zero concern. Been there done that.

I’ve been completely checked out on the equities side of things. Is tesla the alpha growth monster or is it hype? Buy the dip or nah?

It’s preposterous that trading/banking isn’t available 24/7 across all mediums. Yesterday I remember thinking that I couldn’t buy bitcoin in the middle of the night because I didn’t have any assets liquid enough to trade for Bitcoin in the middle of the night. I think that’s irony.

Yeah it wasn’t just btc. I started seeing notifications that several coins were up 10% so I looked.

This is why you can’t take a weekend off and say “l’ll reassess on Monday” in the world of cryptocurrencies.

What's the point in a reserve for those?

XRP seems to be bought and paid for by Ripple so I understand that connection. No clue about Cardao and Solana. I always thought of Solana and ETH as competitors and the Trump family seems to be the only thing keeping ETH from falling off the face of the earth so I’m surprised a bit there.

And the crypto bull market is back, particularly when you combine this with the tailwind from the upcoming global liquidity boost.

Congrats to those who bought ADA when it was 0.25 simply because it was “American” and felt like it was “due” a strong cycle.
