lol, when I posted Break on Through I got downvoted.
We’re approaching $81K, haven’t looked at market depth to see where it appears to be headed. The pattern I’ve noticed is when conventional trading opens tomorrow there will be profit taking. Then when markets close is when we see the run up.

Ah, the Doors.
It does appear Bitcoin is in a price discovery phase. I agree with you also that we will see a minor correction soon, probably on Monday as you noted. Once I see a pullback of $2K to $$3K of whatever price Bitcoin heads into Market open, I am going to pull the trigger on BITX, and not be upset even if Bitcoin continues to fall. By year end, I suspect it will payoff nicely. I'm still going to make short term volatility trades, but I want a forward looking mid term position in BITX.
Edit: I forgot the market is closed tomorrow. So no potential trades until Tuesday.

I got crushed on my last short, which was a hedge against my longs. I lost $24K on the short, but it’s a drop in the bucket as compared to realized gains. Unrealized gains are hedged. I’m still pissed about the $24K though. lol. I hate losing.
Trading around elections, and especially trading all night election night has been huge for me three elections now. I’ll probably get a lot less active here eventually and just ride long BTC. Short oil and long VIX worked out well also. I made more trading this week than my annual income from a couple of years ago.

Amen. I still remember one evening I believe in 2021 when Bitcoin rose several thousand dollars within an hour.
I want Bitcoin to skyrocket straight to $100K and then begin a long steady climb with volatility.

Thanks. I just assumed it would be closed for Veterans day

Whales will pump and dump on the weekends when volume is low. Volume is still pretty low so far today when compared to the rise earlier this week.
Gonna look into that.

At the rate BTC is climbing, I'm going to have to open my BITX position at BTC=$90K, LOL!

DOGE is up over .29 now. I wonder how far it'll go until it crashes back down to Earth.

Not sure when, but Doge will pass its previous ATH this cycle. The Elon and "Department Of Government Efficiency" narrative is too strong.

Sat/Sun night buyers are here to eat. This is impressive.

Just because I’ve learned a lot from this board thought I’d share. One of ETH’s founders charles hoskinson left back in 2015 or 16 and created Cardano, I always ask about it here but doesn’t seem anyone is in it lol. I only say it because I’m in it again. My cost avg is .35 cents it went from .36 Thursday all the way to .69 this morning. I only say all this because I think it will easily surpass last cycle all time high of $3 and change so still not too late to get in. It was just announced that Cardano and BitcoinOS to integrate Bitcoin liquidity into its DeFi ecosystem using zero-knowledge cryptography for secure cross-chain functionality. And recently this wknd it came out that Hoskinson will be helping the new presidential administration with crypto policy and governance…. All that long arse explanation for me to say if you get in now I believe you will easily double whatever you put in

I think you're right, but there are tokens that will probably provide a greater return this cycle, IMO. That's definitely bullish news about Hoskinson though.

I’m in it for $1.45 and rode it up to the all time high. I’ve never taken profit on anything except gamecoin, so I got my arse kicked on pretty much every coin I have expect matic and Sol. ADA and Cro are kicking my arse but I’m back I’m in the green by about 25% across the board.
