This will get interesting… it’s non binding… perhaps an exit liquidity play. It seems CZ is continuing to dump FTT.
Yeah, people should have gotten coins off FTX a few days ago. There were chatters

I remember a time when Sam Bankman-Fried was the cowboy who rode in and was going to save the world from failing exchanges.

Crypto is literally a Ponzi scheme. It’s one ponzi bailout after another. Might just be a controlled demolition of the entire space.

Strong disagree here.
All of these CEXs are building ponzis and cratering. Well-built smart contract protocols have been fine.

Longs rekt. Then shorts rekt. Longs rekt again. Just a normal day in crypto.

Musk denied an investment for Twitter from ftx i heard. Binance invested 500m. He knows the good people.

Just the sheer volume of FTX ads that popped up everywhere made me wonder if they were on a reckless path of growth at all cost. The umpires in the World Series had FTX patches on their uniforms.

So decentralized crypto, is basically becoming centralized.
How are ya'll still falling for this crap?

Well I’m basically all ledger now. Maybe I’ll take it out of my safe when my kids are in high school

The hash rate of the Bitcoin network after the China ban on mining was sliced from approximately 170 EH/s to approximately 83 EH/s. It currently sits at approximately 280 EH/s. The actual decentralized part of Bitcoin has never been more robust.

You're not mentioning Binance playing with SBF and fricking with the FTT token price too. I'm glad to see it; SBF was bad for bitcoin.

And also good to mention the big difficulty adjustments that have hit the BTC mining chain recently as well
Love it or hate it BTC is what true decentralization looks like

Wow quiet in here … so can we reset for a moment and maybe come up with a list of 5-10 ACTUAL coins worth looking at / holding/ investing in out of this winter that could be game changers in crypto? Shitcoins are going to 0 , so what’s left?
My list is simple:
BTC
ETH
XMR
then… (with much less or even no conviction)
MATIC
SOL
BAT
Currently no view on ADA, ALGO, XRP but willing to listen/learn
Thoughts ?

Few will pick all the winners-
This board loves LINK and it looks strong this bear. Big news coming in Dec.
And do you even ISO 20022?
XMR ----> QNT / ALGO / XRP
BAT ----> THETA for weird longshot use case shitcoin
Find a gaming play since that is an actual use of crypto. ENJ CHZ SAND GALA etc

I didn’t understand half your post, but this I agree with. There will be some huge winners coming out of that space
