anyone mining? obviously eth is the most profitable rn, but I was wondering about mining some alt coins in advance of the ETH merge. favorite mining pools?
im using hiveos, wish I wouldve looked into different coins earlier since the merge keeps getting delayed and LHR unlocks keep improving.

Thanks to all for the input. I'm probably going to put this small amount of money into Shiba Inu and Lunaverse. Maybe Viper Protocol as well. Possibly some Dogecoin.
Unless anyone has any bigger / better gambles to suggest? It really is just a small amount of money I have to play with, that I won't miss, so high risk, high reward is preferred in this case.

You can get Doge and Shiba on Coinbase, but IMO, those coins aren't going to grow much more (NFA DYOR). They already have 15-20 billion dollar marketcaps. Maybe they'll 2-5X in the future but not much more.
You can buy Lunaverse on Terraswap. It's a good price right now. Someone else will need to weigh in on Viper Protocol.

If they ever make investing in crypto simple / straightforward, it might take off even more than it already has.
Half the barrier right now is having to jump through all these hoops to buy in. Start a wallet one place, transfer money to it from your bank account, buy some coin you're not interested in so you can transfer it and convert it to the one you actually want on some other app / website, where you also have to start an account / create a wallet. I feel like many investors probably give up at this stage and never see it through.

No that looks like the Luna/UST trading pair.
Click on the "Swap" link on the left, and then in the "To" box, click on "Token". In the text box, type "luv". Verify that the address (in grey) is the same as the one on CoinMarketCap. Once you do that, click the token in Terraswap.
In the "From" box, you have to choose the token you're swapping for. You need a TerraStation wallet with some Luna or UST in it.

Does it make a big difference whether we swap from Luna vs. UST?

frick yea! I can’t wait for Pulse launch. What an opportunity to be in ground floor on a fork of Eth that has every single token and NFT copied over to Pulsechain. That isn’t even mentioning PulseX the UniSwap fork and Hex.
