my friend just got drained for over $150k
eth liquidity mining pool scam where they connect to your coinbase wallet. said he talked with this chinese chick for weeks. even had a video chat with her. said she was very patient with him.

yea dude. my gut is in knots right now, this guy didnt have much and she took it all. guess its a newer scam so if any of you baws are talking to hot chinese women, do not connect your wallet to the "liquidty pool"

Every now and then I check my wallet on etherscan and bscscan and find some new random scam coins in it.
Never trade those coins if you didn't know that already!

Some Asian girl tried to scam me last month the same exact way. I knew it was a scam from the get-go, especially when she said she was making $5k a day from mining ETH

I just checked and holy shite... eth is clean but I see 8 or coins on bsc I don't recognize. I assume those are all scam coins?

Assume they are scams, but check the coinmarketcap page and do even more DD before you trade any of them.

To add to this, some of them purposefully share signs with more expensive things so that people and systems get confused. They will also have a website that supposedly has liquidity and you can swap on. ...DONT APPROVE ANYTHING. Those sites are set up so once you approve their shitty swap site in Metamask,they can yoink all of your coins.

I found a Reddit thread going back 2 months so looks like this scam has been going on for at least that long. Sucks for all those involved, I’m sure there will be many more scams to come as well.
I’m not sure what these wallets could do besides throw warnings? The user is giving the smart contract unlimited access to their wallet, is that right?

i guess if you sign up for the "defi liquidity mining" its a smart contract that drains all your USDT in the wallet
he started off slowly with only a few thousand but he was earning rewards so he trusted the process. this built up for bit. then once he put in a lot more cash, they drained it lol
